Try a Stock Training Plan 
Start with a Stock Training Plan. These are ready to go right away. To make the most out of the plan, it helps to know how to adjust the training load and for recovery. If you need guidance on these aspects, a cost effective way is to add periodic phone consultation calls to make adjustments.

Custom Training Plan
Custom training plans are designed around you and your specific goals, considering your training history, time commitment, and any individual weaknesses. It's a great option if you have a changing busy work/life schedule, therefore a basic training plan won't work.

Full-Time Coaching
For the most efficient and effective training, choose full-time coaching. This includes fully tailored workouts and continuous adjustments based on fatigue, availability, and anything else life throws your way.

COACHING SERVICES

Training Plan - $39 

Training plans I have written specifically for a race or event length. These are affordable and proven to work if an athlete sticks to it.
I see great success when this is paired with  interspersed phone calls throughout the program to discuss adjustments.
Does not include training peaks premium.
Phone consultation calls are $60 per 30minute.
Plan duration 12 weeks.

6 Week Custom Training Plan - $150

6 week custom training plan. Designed to meet your fitness level, goals and schedule. Can be infinitely repeated.
Firstly, the athlete completes an intake form. Next, we schedule a 30min intake call. Finally, the athlete reviews the plan and further adjustments can be made.
Does not include training peaks premium.
33% off phone consultation. $40 for each 30min..
I’ve had athletes compete 25k-50milers using this option with great success.

Full Coaching - $275 per month

This is every day coaching. We’ll have a big picture view of what we are working towards and how we plan to get there but the program will be updated every 1 - 2 weeks. Training is monitored daily and I make adjustments according to your feedback, life and monitoring your data.
Athlete intake form followed by a 60 minute intake call. Expect daily feedback and i'm available for weekly calls
Includes training peaks premium.
If you need to succeed, this is the best option.
