Both plans start with an onboarding form which goes into detail about your goals, schedule, strengths and weaknesses, past races and much more. Learning about you is a crucial component of a successful training plan.

Following this we will have a 60 minute call where we will talk further about your intake form. After this, I will send you your plan for review. Once you are happy with it, you can begin.
